Quite often it's not until we're burnt out that we realise it might be time for a break. But what can you do when your life needs you to be present?
Take short breaks from your routine.
If you work in an office, rather than eating at your desk, it could be nice to try local cafes. Or even talk a short walk outside just to stretch your legs, get some fresh air, and a bit of sunlight.
If you work at home you can do something similar. Rather than being stuck in front of your computer all day, take a short break and go for a brief walk down the road. Or maybe try a local cafe.
Look for areas in your routine that you can do differently.
Take a moment to reflect, recoup, and recharge.
